About Us
Undumbi Culture is Australian home grown focusing on local First Nation culture.
Undumbi comes from our tribal name within the Kabi Kabi nation. Undumbi in our language means salt and freshwater people. Our ancestors have connections throughout the Sunshine Region and resided in many key areas of the Sunshine Coast such as Maroochydore, Buderim, Maroochy River, Yandina, Noosa and Caloundra.
As traditional custodians of the Sunshine Coast Kabi Kabi land and sea, our purpose is to provide cultural guidance and awareness that protects and respects all natural environments whilst building a cultural strong and inclusive community.
